Our career coaching package is geared to provide our clients with the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the strengths and limitations within their behavioral style and a self-awareness of their individual motivations, values, preferences, needs, causes of stress, problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities. Through the coaching process, our clients discover their personal interests and explore the career option that best fit their interests and behavioral styles. Our Career Coaching packages includes:

• Two 90-minute personalized career coaching sessions
• The DISC Assessment Profile: Career Planning (for adults) or Excellence for Learning for Students (for high school students).
